煮法 Cooking Method
1.先將麵餅放入 800 毫升沸水中 (約 2 碗水)
1.Put the noodles into 800ml boiling water (about 2 bowls of water)
2.用大火煮 2 分鐘,用竹筷子攪散
2.Cook in high heat for 2 mins and whisk constantly
3.熄火後,隔去水份,加人醬油,然後將蝦子灑在麵上,撈勻即可食用。
3.Drain most of the water away and serve the noodles with soy sauce and shrimp edd.
