Refund and Returns Policy (退款和退貨政策)

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the original payment method is NOT available for refunding, we shall post the cheque to you according to your Delivery Address.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@intelligent-shop.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@intelligent-shop.com and send your item to: Room 811, 8/F, Block C, Bell House, 525-543 Nathan Road, YauMaTei, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Room 811, 8/F, Block C, Bell House, 525-543 Nathan Road, YauMaTei, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

退款

延遲或丟失退款

如果您尚未收到退款,請先再次檢查您的銀行帳戶。

然後聯繫您的信用卡公司,您的退款可能需要一些時間才能正式發布。

接下來聯繫您的銀行。在退款之前通常有一些處理時間。

銷售物品

只能退還正價商品。特價商品無法退款。

退換
我們只更換有缺陷或損壞的物品。如果您需要換同一件物品,請發送電子郵件至 admin@intelligent-shop.com,並將您的物品發送至:香港丶九龍丶油麻地丶彌敦道 525-543號丶寶寧大廈丶C座丶8樓丶811室。

禮物
如果該商品在購買並直接運送給您時被標記為禮物,您將收到相當於退貨價值的禮品積分。收到退回的物品後,禮券將郵寄給您。

如果該物品在購買時未標記為禮物,或者送禮人將訂單運送給他們自己稍後送給您,我們將向送禮人退款,他們會了解您的退貨情況。

運費退貨
要退回您的產品,您應該將您的產品郵寄至:香港丶九龍丶油麻地丶彌敦道 525-543號丶寶寧大廈丶C座丶8樓丶811室。

您將負責支付退回商品的運費。運費不予退還。如果您收到退款,退貨運費將從您的退款中扣除。

根據您居住的地方,您更換的產品送達您的時間可能會有所不同。

如果您要退回更昂貴的物品,您可以考慮使用可追踪的運輸服務或購買運輸保險。我們不保證我們會收到您退回的物品。
