公開組（18歲以上）：不超過 680x460mm（僅限直式構圖）

📎 作品提交要求 | Submission Requirements
線上展 | Online Exhibition:
電子版格式：JPG，檔案大小：10M 以內，解像度：4000×4000 以內
Format: JPG, File size: Max 10MB, Resolution: Within 4000×4000 pixels
線下展 | Physical Exhibition:
可提交電子版、紙本或布本（油畫僅限帆布）
Submit digital file, paper, or canvas (oil on canvas only)
不接受立體畫材，不接受任何裝裱畫框
No 3D materials, no pre-framed works
每件作品必須清楚標註 | Each artwork must clearly include:
團體編號、作品編號、作者姓名、年齡、作品名稱、國家及地區、推薦機構（若有）、指導老師（若有）
Group number, artwork number, artist name, age, artwork title, country/region, recommended by (if any), instructor (if any)
⚠️ 重要注意事項 | Important Notes
題材不得涉及暴力、不雅或敏感內容
No violence, indecency, or sensitive content
請嚴格按照指定尺寸創作。如超過指定尺寸，主辦方有權因展示效果延長展線尺寸，並可能收取額外費用
Strictly follow size limits. Exceeding dimensions may result in extended display lines and additional fees
線下展畫作：不接受立體畫材，不接受已預先裝裱的任何作品，油畫僅限帆布
Physical Exhibition: No 3D materials, no pre-framed works, oil on canvas only
紙本作品不予返還，請自行保留備份
Paper works will not be returned. Please keep your own copy
電子版畫作將交由主辦方公益無償使用
Digital versions will be used by the organizer for non-profit public welfare purposes
📜 知識產權須知 | Intellectual Property Notice
1. 原創性保證：參展作品必須由本人創作或參與創作，不侵犯任何第三方合法權益。侵權法律責任由參展者自行承擔
1. Originality guarantee: All entries must be created or co-created by the participant and must not infringe on any third-party rights. Legal liability for infringement lies solely with the participant
2. 著作權授權：主辦方對所有參展作品擁有無償使用著作權，包括但不限於再設計、展示、報道、宣傳、出版等
2. Copyright license: The organizer holds a royalty-free right to use all submitted works, including but not limited to redesign, display, coverage, promotion, and publication
3. 不得重複參賽：不得將同一作品參與其他與本賽事相同或類似的活動
3. No duplicate submissions: The same work may not be submitted to any other similar competition or event
4. 網站內容授權：在官網（www.uwee.org）上傳的內容須保證版權合法
4. Website content: Any content uploaded to the official website (www.uwee.org) must be legally owned or authorized
